I’m Mary, a Teacher Trainer, ESL Material Developer and Neuromarketing Specialist who has been working in the international education industry for over 15 years.
Throughout my career, I’ve held diverse roles in educational institutions across countries such as the UK, Australia, Malta, Colombia, and Spain.
These positions include roles as a student recruitment specialist, language teacher, accommodation & transfers coordinator, social media & affiliate manager, and sales & marketing specialist, providing me with a profound understanding of the international education sector from all perspectives.
I’ve also been a student myself in both South Africa and Australia, which gives me a precise understanding of what works and what doesn’t in marketing from a learner’s point of view, especially in the Latin and European markets.
I hold a degree in Education, a post-grad in New Media & Digital Design, a specialisation in HR and a Master’s in Neuromarketing, providing a scientific understanding of factors crucial to educational recruitment success and self-marketing.
Additionally, I speak Spanish and Portuguese fluently. Currently based in the South of Spain.
